Can I design my own bouquet?

Yes you can.  ‘Bloomz ‘can be designed from scratch or redesigned from any of our selection on our website. Please contact us at contactus@sweetbloomz.com.au

How long will the bouquets last?

All our ‘bloomz’ are made to order. Our chocolate bouquets will last up to 3 months if kept out of direct sunlight.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and Paypal

Do you deliver on Saturday and Sunday or Public Holidays?

Yes, we deliver to Melbourne Metro areas on Saturday between 9am and 5:30pm for business addresses and 9am and 7pm for residential addresses, but do not deliver on Sundays. A surcharge is payable for deliveries on Saturday.

Unfortunately deliveries are not made on public holidays.

Can I specify a time for delivery?

Our deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5:30pm for business addresses and 9am and 7pm for residential addresses. Delivery times cannot be specified.

What if no-one is home when a delivery is made?

When placing your order, you may choose to request that the gift be left at the door if no-one is home.  If delivery cannot be made, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

All gifts that contain alcohol must be signed for by an authorized person 18 years of age or older and cannot be left at unattended premises or PO Boxes. A redelivery/redirection fee may be charged.

What happens if my bouquet is damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that there is damage to your bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours and provide a photograph of the damaged bouquet. A replacement will then be sent at no additional cost.

What if I change my mind and want to change my order?

Provided that your gift has not been dispatched or is not a customised order, you can change your order by contacting us via email or phone.

Can I cancel an order?

Provided that your gift has not been dispatched or is not a customized order, your gift can be cancelled by contacting us via email or phone. A  $10 administration fee will be charged.
